Wrap it with yarn - colorful projects to make this weekend!

One of the best things about shopping at Goodwill stores is all of the unique one of a kind items you can find. But what about the one-of skeins of yarn that you can find on our shelves? If you are a crocheter or knitter, you probably have some projects and patterns in mind that you can create with just one skein. (We pinned a few ideas here on our Pinterest page - Goodwill Style

Well, we have rounded up other pretty special ideas to use those skeins that will take you beyond crocheting or knitting.

First up is wrapping a bottle. This is a simple and satisfying afternoon craft. SOURCE

You can find bottles of all shapes and sizes at Goodwill. Look for vases too that need a makeover with colorful yarn.

How about these cute yarn wrapped monogram letters? Think of the loved ones on your gift list and create for them this special handmade project.

Another boho look - a yarn dream catcher style wall hanging. This is such a sweet and simple project - who wouldn't be proud to hang this in their room and say  "I made that!"

The holidays are upon us - while you are enjoying making handcrafted gifts maybe consider also ditching the store bought paper and wrapping them with yarn and handmade yarn pompoms.
Colorful and cheerful and another way to make your gift special and from your heart.

More holiday ideas - this autumn wreath looks warm and cozy! Sip a cup of hot chocolate and enjoy  creating this simple craft in an afternoon or evening. SOURCE - lemonademakingmama.com

Pallet art is very popular. And so is string art! Mix these two trends and create this charming pallet Christmas Tree sign. It might get a little loud pounding in the nails - but you will appreciate the reward of creating something with your own hands.
There is something about handmade! SOURCE - Instagram
